The commission is reviewing the Water and Sewerage Capital Contribution Code. The Code sets funding arrangements for future water and sewerage infrastructure needed to support population growth in the ACT.

On Tuesday 5 November 2024, we released an issues paper as the first step in our review process.

Stakeholder submissions on the issues paper were due by Friday 14 February 2025.
